Member of the Sonora-Arizona Commission for Water and Environment.Since 2004 International consultant with forty-six years of experience. CEO of IDEAS (Research and Development of Aquifers and Environment) developing water supply systems for public, industrial, mining and agricultural services. He has been President of the Mexican Geohydrological Association. President of the International Association of Hydrogeologists, Mexico Chapter. Currently President of the Latin American Association of Subterranean Hydrology for Development. Director of the Institute for Desert Research and Groundwater S.C. since 2007.He is the author of a Hydrogeological Drilling book and chapters of others, has numerous national and international refereed publications and in popular magazines. He has directed numerous bachelors, masters and doctoral theses.
