Applications must be made in advance through the event’s website. For costs and application’s deadlines, see the table above.
The application fee can be paid by credit card or bank slip through the event website.
Registration for participation in the event ONLINE, will allow the registrant to participate in the event completely remotely, wherever they are. This modality entitles you to participate in all ONLINE activities of the event.
Student Applications will be accepted only for those who are studying in an undergraduate or graduate course and the person must attach a copy of their Student ID or proof of enrollment in 2021.

Reimbursement will be made only upon written request, justifying the cancellation. The person must forward the request to the event’s Executive Secretariat through the e-mail iah2020@abas.org.
Until July 22, 2021: refund of 70% of the amount paid.
From July 23, 2021 onwards: no refund will be available.
Absence without previous notice: no refund will be available.

The Organizing Committee will accept application transferences to another party only within the same category. The request must be made by e-mail iah2020@abas.org until July 22, 2021. After this date, you cannot transfer your application or apply for a refund.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION and PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Payment Confirmation: keep your payment receipt for payment through bank slip safe, as this will serve to confirm that you applied through the site. The registration confirmation will be sent within 10 days after payment for the e-mail address provided in your application form, so make sure to enter a valid email.
The payment receipt of your online application will be available in the Congressman’s Restricted Area after the confirmation of payment.
